Jun 16/2010 1:09 PM As per the email sent to everyone in the Priddis region, we are completing the fifth phase of six to upgrade the back haul feed to the area. This will entail up to an hour of down time and will occur between 11 AM & 2 PM on Thursday. If you did not get an email, please contact our office and let us know the best email address with which to contact you.

Jun 4/2010 3:55 PM We are in the process of completing a major upgrade to the West Bragg Creek feed today and this weekend. There will be some testing and then the change over next week. As per the email message sent to all of the area residents, there may be a brief outage associated with this setup. We will always endeavor to keep these outages to a minimum. May 12/2010 2:30 PM NOTICE OF NETWORK WIDE OUTAGE We have been working on a redundant link to our data centre in Calgary and have begun to implement that plan. Tomorrow, Thursday May 13, and into Friday May 14, Davinci is replacing a router that connects clients in Bragg Creek and Sundre. We will also be using this opportunity to make changes to other routers that will impact the entire network. This is the second step of four required to implement that upstream redundancy. The team will start at 9 PM and hopefully be completed by 3 AM. During that period there will be several outages however the total outage for any individual client should not exceed one hour. As always we will work to keep any interruptions to a minimum but this is a major undertaking and we have to anticipate the worst case scenario. This notice will be posted on the website as well, as per our previous messages. Thank you all for your patience and support as we continue to improve your Davinci internet experience.

Mar 27/2010 5:32 PM Tonight, Saturday March 27, 2010 between 9 PM and midnight we will be doing the second of several upgrades. During this period there may be a brief outage lasting no more than a few minutes. If you do not immediately regain your connection, you may need to reboot your router or computer. There will be another upgrade this coming week that will have a longer outage and more details will be posted later tomorrow as well as a notification emailed directly to all of our clients.

Mar 18/2010 10:18 PM There has been an email going around claiming to be about an upgrade to DAvinci's email service and asking everyone to click on a link that is in the email. DO NOT DO IT. I personally received a similar one through another ISP as well. We will never ask you to verify anything through a link unless it has been posted here on the website as verification and NEVER with an .exe file link on the end. This is an executable file that will put bad stuff onto your computer. When in doubt, contact us directly at info@davincibb.net or check here at the website and we will verify any question you may have. Stay safe on the net!!

Jan 29/2010 1:44 AM We are now up and broadcasting in Edgewater, the Radium Gap and the Invermere/Windemere, BC area. Over the next weeks we will expand to cover Wilmer, Panorama and the east side of Windemere lake south to Fairmont.
